A very happy customer of ours was extremely relieved when we were able to secure finance for them to purchase their first home, after they had been declined multiple times through a variety of banks and other brokers.

At Bee Finance Savvy, we pay meticulous attention to detail, and are diligent in our dealing with lenders, ensuring that no stone is left unturned regarding our client’s loan applications.

Our client had several obstacles stopping them from getting finance, once of which was a small telco default. Unfortunately most of the lenders would not consider this application, or if they did, the mortgage insurers would not, as clients were seeking to borrow 95% of the property purchase price.

Other brokers had taken on their plight but did not seek out the firm confirmation that Bee Finance Savvy seeks to achieve PRIOR to submitting a home loan application.

Our customer was at risk of missing out on their dream of owning a property and were delighted that we were able to help them achieve their goal after they had faced so many rejections – something which can often make it even more difficult to obtain finance.
